Our Philosophy
Our wish for all students that cross our doors is for them to have a safe, fun, and supportive enviroment in which to learn the art of dance, make life-long friendships, and become part of our "dance family".
Founder & Directors
Danielle Seidner
Danielle is the main teacher and co-founder of Simply Dance. Danielle has danced and competed since she was just 3, and went on to attend CCM as a dance major, and then later on at William Paterson. She was a part of the Simplicity Dance Company in NYC. Danielle continues her education by attending courses and training in all forms of dance. Danielle is the head choreographer and teacher at the studio. She lives with her husband, her13 and 15 year old daughters, and her two dogs and cat in Barry Lakes.
Shannon Mackey
Shannon is the co-founder of Simply Dance and is the marketing and administration director. Shannon has had over 20 years experience in running her own business and has a writing and marketing background. She lives in Highland Lakes, and has a 21 year old daughter who grew up dancing at the studio and now attends Point Park University in Pittsburgh, where she continues her dance career as captain of her dance team. Look out for Henry and Roo, Shannon's chihuahuas, who can be frequently seen at the studio!
Tricia Carraba
Hip Hop Instructor
Tricia loves to teach both adults and children and has a growing adult dance program. She lives in Vernon with her husband and two girls.
Delaney Mackey
Delaney Mackey
Instructor
Delaney grew up dancing in the studio at age 2 and graduated in 2020. She resides in Pittsburgh where she is on the Point Park University dance team. She teaches workshops and guest classes on her college breaks.
Jill Glueck
Tap and Jazz Instructor
Jill specializes in teaching tap and jazz to children. She lives in Vernon with her husband, her son and daughter and her two dogs.
Madi Magroff
Madisen Margroff
Instructor
Madi also grew up dancing at Simply Dance and graduated in 2019. Madi lives in Vernon and attends Montclair University She teaches and assists children's classes on her days off.
Yvonne Hernandez
Gymnastics Coach
Yvonne is our resident gymnastics coach with a long history of coaching and performing. Yvonne lives in Newton with her husband, and her chickens.
Meagan Cox
Office Manager
Meagan also grew up dancing at the studio, and now is our right hand, helping with taking payments, admin, social media/marketing and helping us run our annual recital.
